Curriculum Vitae

My research and teaching interests are currently focused on (secure) car-2-x communication, Internet-based telemetic services, and simulation for cooperative vehicles.

My references include projects with industry partners such as Daimler and Deutsche Telekom (Mobile Car Service Platform, Pervasive Gaming, Online Community Life) as well as national and international research projects for the German Ministry of Education and Research (simTD, AVM/eGrain) and the EU (DRIVE C2X, PRE-DRIVE C2X, e-Sense, BIONETS).

In 2008 I received my Dr. in Engineering from the University of Technology Berlin (TUB). Since 2009 I am head of the department Automotive Services and Communication Technologies (ASCT) at the Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS.
